(SPOT.ph) The highly anticipated iPhone 13, Apple’s latest flagship smartphone, was officially unveiled in mid-September. Pre-order in the Philippines started about a month later and on October 22, the iPhone 13 series finally hit local store shelves. As you might expect, Apple loyalists and tech geeks across the Metro flocked to their nearest Apple stores and retailers to get first dibs on the device. One popular destination was Power Mac Center. In fact, their various outposts across Manila were jam-packed with long lines snaking well past their entrances.
Power Mac Center on October 24 shared photos of the iPhone 13 series’ launch weekend in the Philippines. Their album of snapshots, posted to Facebook, showed several of theor branches filled to the brim with folks ready to get their hands on Apple’e newest smartphone, which starts at P44,990. For some, the insanely long lines may be surprising, but for diehard Apple fans, well, they were probably queueing up with the rest of them!

First, let's get all those "sana all" reactions out of the way—you could quite literally turn the comments section of the Facebook post into a drinking game and come out barely able to remember your own name. While we know some of you are sick of seeing the tired old expression repeated all over social media, you have to admire the commenters who tried to keep it creative with funny GIFs.
Other commenters went for a more positive approach, sharing their newly purchased iPhone 13 models, for which they likely lined up for quite some time. While some out there may feel a tinge of jealousy for the people who got to buy the device as soon as it hit stores, let's also take a moment to applaud their patience—waiting in lines that long must have been brutal.
