Neighborhoods: Kapitolyo (2013 Edition)
We revisit an old foodie favorite and give you updates on what’s new in the neighborhood.
(SPOT.ph) If the number of restaurants lining the streets of Kapitolyo are any indication, the once-quiet residential neighborhood has been officially transformed into a "foodie hub." Just a few blocks away from the new Greenfield Complex which houses a slew of restaurant franchises, the Kapitolyo neighborhood maintains its down-to-earth vibe when it comes to its eateries-there's no glimmer of gilded buildings or too much newness here.
But dining isn't the only thing the neighborhood has to offer: a yoga spot and even a workspace for creative collaborations have joined the throng of restaurants in the past year, making Kapitolyo one of the most thriving and busy districts in the Pasig-Mandaluyong border.
