Head to the South for the Block Party happening on March 28 and 29
It’s going to be a weekend full of food, art, and music!
(SPOT.ph) Start your summer vacation right with Block Party, happening on March 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m at Makiling Park in Ayala Alabang Village. Think picnic blankets, outdoor art, crafty workshops, and locally made products, all in one place. Entrance fee is P50 but if you’re a Globe Platinum subscriber, you can get in for free. A portion of the entrance fee will go to SOS Children's Village.
You’ll have lots to do whether it’s food, art, or shopping you’re after. Munch on treats from Señor Pollo, El Chupacabra, Rub Ribs, 8 Cuts, Pipino Vegetarian, Gostoso Piri Piri Chicken, Juice Jab, and other establishments. If you like crafts and crafting, you’ll find items from Type Kita and PopJunkLove, as well as tools from Hey Kessy, La Pomme, Bags by Rubbertree, and more. There will also be featured works by June Digan, Arlene Sy, Abbey Sy, Ebony Paguia, and Kishin Javier, to name a few. Top it off with some earth-conscious finds from Lagu Beach Blankets, Shoes by Kai, Ritual, Vida Lim Jewelry, Space Garden, and others.
