(SPOT.ph) According to the animal welfare group Pawssion Project, there are around 13 million stray cats and dogs right now. And, obviously, it's just impossible to rescue all of them—but we do what we can. If you happen to drop by the New Manila area in Quezon City, the Pet Lovers Centre branch at Robinsons Magnolia is now accepting donations of dog food or treats. You can also shop for goods at the store and put them directly into their donation box.

Pet Lovers Centre's Feed a FURend Donation Drive
Launched this March, Pet Lovers Centre's Feed A FURend campaign aims to provide proper and nutritious meals to stray and abandoned dogs at the Leah Borbon Home for Angels. This rescue shelter located in Antipolo, Rizal currently houses 182 dogs.
"The help we will get from Feed a FURend will surely go a long way in keeping our rescues healthy and ready for rehoming," said Leah Borbon, the woman behind the Leah Borbon Hope for Angels, in a statement.
"Awareness on responsible pet ownership and pet welfare has been our advocacy at Pet Lovers Centre PH. Helping all the rescued dogs in the shelter through the Feed A FURend campaign is a testament to this," Theodore Sogono, Group General Manager, added.
Feed A FURend will eventually be rolled out at other Pet Lovers Centre Philippines branches.
Pet Lovers Centre is at G/F Robinsons Magnolia, Aurora Boulevard, corner Doña Hemady Street, Quezon City. It also has branches at Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Antipolo, Robinsons Galleria South, Robinsons Tagaytay, Robinsons General Trias, Robinsons Gapan, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Ayala UP Town Center, and Power Plant Mall.
