(SPOT.ph) We don't know about you but we have a sudden urge to exercise and get fit. Whether it's the effect of the ongoing Paris 2024 Olympics or because we want to revive a New Year's resolution this late in the game, we're in the mood to get physical.
Luckily, we don't have to spend a ton of money on gym memberships or workout sessions to get started because the Metro is ripe with free community wellness programs. Case in point: Greenfield District's Live Well program.
Smack dab in the middle of Mandaluyong is Greenfield District. The area is often associated with watering holes, food parks, and call centers but it takes on a new life during weekends and select periods during the week when it becomes car-free and a hub for wellness. If you work or live near the area, check out all the different free workout sessions you can join at Greenfield's Live Well.
