Adrenaline junkies, here's a new place where you can swing and fly in Manila
Flying Trapeze School has relaunched at a new location!
(SPOT.ph) In the second half of 2015, flying became a new way to get fit in Manila. Like, actual launching-into-the-air kind of flying. Flying Trapeze School (the first in the country) welcomed fitness buffs and adrenaline junkies alike and gave them their very own Cirque du Soleil experience in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. Just recently, they moved to a new location, but don't worry, it's easy to find. You can find the just-relaunched Flying Trapeze School on Federacion Drive corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
Everything's still the same—it's still the original structure that peaks at 32 feet, but they've added a calisthenics bars area where patrons and first-timers can warm up, swing, stretch, and jump to improve fitness—all while having fun!
Using a trapeze tones all of the body’s muscles from head to toe while helping you improve your reflexes and gain more control over your body. Don't worry, there's a practice bar where you're taught how to swing, flip, and get back up, plus there's a harness for beginners (read: you'll be safe!). So if you're planning to get fit in 2016, flying is the fun and exciting way to do it!
