Be a bouncing ball of energy at the first indoor trampoline park in Manila

Burn calories the fun way at Jump Yard!

(SPOT.ph) How's that "getting fit" resolution going for you? We know committing to fitness is not a breeze which is why we have lists on how to lose weight without going to the gym and fitness apps that will keep you motivated. There are also fitness activities (a.k.a. fun activities that are subtle workouts) that you'll actually want to do, like Flying Trapeze, and now, Jump Yard—the first indoor trampoline park in Manila.

With over 2,000 square meters of jumping space, Jump Yard is not only the first—it's also the biggest indoor trampoline park in the country. The sky is the limit at Jump Yard...well, the ceiling is, but you can jump as high as you can, bounce off the walls, and land fearlessly on a soft and fluffy bed of foam!

There are also other exciting attractions to explore, like the Cage Ball and the Slam Dunk Basketball. Think of it as a fun and physical way to take a break from those tablets and smartphones. You might come out with a brand new set of abs from all the laughing, too!
