Novotel Manila Araneta Center will make you want to revisit Cubao
(SPOT.ph) When you hear the word "hotel," you usually think Roxas Boulevard or Makati. But now there's another great option right in the middle of Cubao: Novotel Manila Araneta Center.
Accor Hotels first launched Novotel in the Philippines in October 2015, bringing one of Europe’s most recognizable hotel chains to the country. You wouldn’t know it from the hotel's exterior, but the 25-storey hotel boasts over 400 contemporary rooms and suites, and a premiere lounge with a fascinating 360-degree view of Metro Manila.
Novotel was built to prioritize families. The rooms are bright and airy with large windows and frosted glass walls for the bathroom (which is as spacious as the actual bedroom!) They have switch-activated modern panel blinds that you can use for some privacy. The mini-fridge is stocked with snacks, and guests can make their own coffee with the room's Nespresso machine!
The executive room has a mini living area so guests are not confined to a single room.
Look how spacious the bathroom is!
When you book an executive room or suite, you will automatically have access to their Premiere Lounge on the 20th floor where you'll find floor-to-ceiling glass windows and the most stunning view, stretching from Antipolo all the way to Manila Bay.
Imagine how gorgeous the city lights are at night!
The lobby lounge is where guests can stretch their appetites: there's Gourmet Bar and Food Exchange Manila, an extensive buffet that will take you on a gastronomic adventure with its range of cuisines like Indian, Asian, Italian, and Japanese. Have a sweet tooth? Leave lots of room, because they have two dessert stations!

Everything is fresh, and you can even ask the chefs to cook a hot meal for you.
There's also a Children's Library for the kids and kids-at-heart, a quaint area for some light reading and educational toys.
They have an Xbox, you guys!
The hotel gym is fully-equipped with all the basic workout essentials.
If you absolutely can't miss a workout, Novotel has two pools for adults and kids, right beside The Sixth Pool Bar and Lounge (aptly named The Sixth because it's on the sixth floor) where guests can enjoy a relaxing dinner.
The Versailles Event Garden is a lovely suprise. It's atop Parking Garage South, a few steps away from the pool. Iron archways wrapped with flowers and Tiffany lights circle the round garden and meet at the center towards a pavilion—a tribute to Novotel's French history. Think strolling somewhere in Lille, France at night in 1967!
A weekend escape doesn't always have to mean taking out-of-town trips. But here, you can actually feel like you're getting away from it all—even when you're right in the middle of one of the busiest parts of Quezon City.
Novotel Manila Araneta Center is at General Aguinaldo Avenue, Araneta Center, Quezon City. For more information, contact 990-7888 or visit Novotel Manila Araneta Center's website.
