Yoga + Express
Hate commitments? At Yoga + Express, classes don't have to take up too much of your time. You can just drop by the studio for an intense 60-minute workout, a stretch, mind relaxation, or whatever fits your mood for that day. They offer Hot, Flow, Yin, and Hot Flow classes, and members are welcome to practice at other Yoga + Express or Yoga + branches for a small fee.

Victoria Sports claims to be the biggest indoor sports club in a residential area, with a total floor area of about four hectares. It features just about all the facilities and equipment an athlete needs, but what should excite you is its 50-meter indoor lap pool. At Victoria Sports’ Olympic-length indoor pool, you can do water workouts in peace because only fellow members can use the facilities. There's also an indoor virtual golf course where a round can be played in just two hours.

If you're a UFC fan, be on the lookout for the first UFC Gym which is set to open at Glorietta in Makati this year. In September 2016, UFC Gym announced that they're opening 30 locations across the country, after signing a 10-year partnership deal with Fitspiration Philippines Corporation. The facility promises a variety of equipment and classes for MMA enthusiasts of all ages. Aside from their MMA and wrestling classes, they will also offer their very own MMA-based conditioning programs, like Fight Fit, a form of circruit training aimed at developing functional strength.
Brewing Point Dance Studio
From afar, Piloxing looks like an upgraded version of Zumba. This exercise is a refreshing combination of standing Pilates, boxing, and dance.
