Okada Manila unveils "the world's largest multi-color dancing water fountain"
Queen P will be there!
(SPOT.ph) Who can forget the final scene of the 2001 heist film Ocean's Eleven where Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and company all look out towards the majestic fountain at the Bellagio in Las Vegas as the screen fades to black? It’s definitely a sight to behold, especially as water shoots from various directions (and hundreds of nozzles) to the tunes of "Luck Be a Lady," "My Heart Will Go On," and more.
Well, Okada Manila, the newest entertainment resort in the Metro, is unveiling a fountain that might just be even more awe-inspiring. The Fountain was designed by WET, the same group behind the Bellagio's famous fountain, and will debut on March 31, 7 p.m. They're dubbing it the world's largest multi-color dancing water fountain, set to be projected onto the glass surface of an 800-meter-long crystal corridor.
Attending the unveiling will be award-winning singer Robin Thicke, Asia's Got Talent finalist Gerphil Flores, and the 40-piece Manila Philharmonic Orchestra. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will host the grand event.
Tickets are at P600 and P2,500 (early bird rates until March 26); and P750 and P5,000 (March 29 to 31). Okada Manila is at New Seaside Drive, Entertainment City, Parañaque City. For more information, visit Okada Manila's website.
