This New IG-Worthy Resort in Zambales Will Make You Miss Summer
Rain, rain, go away!
(SPOT.ph) With the monsoon season starting, we're now dealing with intermittent rains and thunderstorms. Sometimes, the scorching heat can't decide if it's staying or leaving. This just makes us miss the dry months so much. We mean, who doesn't like lounging around the beach, dozing off on a hammock, and just taking in the cool sea breeze? It doesn't help that photos of a new resort in Zambales crept up on our feed—Casa Angelina.
The resort only has four rooms but each can accommodate up to six people. It has two Ocean View Rooms (P3,000 P3,500 for two pax) with one queen bed, one bunk bed, one double loft bed, and its very own veranda. The other option is either of the two Garden View Rooms (P2,500 P3,000 for two pax) furnished with the same number of beds. All air-conditioned cottages are made of local hardwood and nipa roof to complete that tropical vibe. You can order your own food (P250/meal) or cook your own using their free-for-all kitchen and grill.
How to get there:
Ride a Victory Liner bus bound for Iba, Zambales and get off at Anonang stop (after San Felipe and before Cabangan). You can ride a tricycle to Casa Angelina from there.
Casa Angelina is at Purok 1, Laoag Cabangan, Zambales. For more information, visit Casa Angelina on Facebook, contact 0919-494-6909, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
UPDATE (March 18, 2018): Rates have increased to P3,500 for the Ocean View Room and P3,000 for the Garden View Room.
