Experience This High-Tech Digital Park for Only One Weekend
You don't have to shell out anything, because it's free!

(SPOT.ph) Thinking about the future can be a bit overwhelming. There are the possibilities of robots taking over the world, of humanity inhabiting another planet, and other things we only see in science fiction movies. Future City, a pop-up interactive park, gives us a glimpse of what the future holds for only one weekend—September 9 to 10—at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura. It has a total of seven stations, which all aim to offer an immersive experience to kids and kids-at-heart and teach them a thing or two about preparing for what's to come. Best of all, it's all for free.
Â
The first stop is a digital dome that welcomes you to Future City. It gives a rundown of all things you should know for this one-of-a-kind tour, including a gentle reminder to always have your RFID scanned for every activity.

Kids will have a heyday trying out the next three stations: Sketch Village, Stomp-the-Scrap Floor, and Block-the-Junk Wall. Have your nieces and nephews choose who they want to be in the future: a pilot, a doctor,

After these, you can help the kiddies find out more about their health through the Family Health Scanner. You can choose from one of the tablets available and input a bit of family history.
