Lub d Philippines, the newest branch of Asian hostel chain Lub D, just opened in February 2018 in the entertainment district of Poblacion in Makati to offer a fun-filled respite to those staying in the city.
With a promise that "Everyone leaves as a friend," Lub d Philippines features common areas where guests can talk and hang out, such as the rooftop restaurant and bar, which provides front row seats to the amazing skyline of Makati City; the deli bar, which offers a great selection of coffees and smoothie; and the game room, where you can play some foosball or billiards. The hostel also has a co-working space with free WiFi so you can check your work e-mail while on vacation. (But why would you do that?)
For accommodations, you can choose to bunk with seven strangers at the mixed dorm or ladies’ dorm; or book a private room for two or for four. Lub d Philippines has a total of 163 rooms in its 13-storey building. Facilities are available for disabled guests and all floors are wheelchair accessible.
