(SPOT.ph) With its high-rise condominiums and towering business hubs, Ortigas Center has become one of the busiest districts in Metro Manila. This skyline will soon be graced by the addition of a 30-storey, 303-room luxury hotel—the Westin Manila Sonata Place, developed by Robinsons Land Corporation and managed by Marriott International.
Artist renderings show Westin Manila Sonata Place's focus on providing an elegant and peaceful respite despite its location in the middle of the urban jungle. It is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2019 between Lourdes Street and San Miguel Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Planned dining options include Grab and Go, an in-house deli; Seasonal Tastes, which serve Asian dishes; and Tapas Bar, which mimics a traditional Spanish tavern. For business functions, companies can book the grand ballroom which can accommodate over 600 people and the various meeting rooms that can fit between 50 to 120 people. Of course, relaxation is still a top priority, and guests can pamper themselves at the Heavenly Spa or just take a dip in the lap pool.
