(SPOT.ph) Siargao is fast becoming a tourist destination not only for surfers but for all kinds of travelers, especially with Condé Nast Traveler's recent declaration that it's the best island in Asia. Uncrowded resorts and beaches can be hard to come by these days, with the influx of tourists on the teardrop-shaped island in Surigao del Norte. Thinking of checking it out with a group of friends? One of the newest options for where to stay is Casa Bianca, which can accommodate a group of 10. It officially opens on January 8, 2019.
"As of now, it's probably the biggest available guest house for rent in Siargao," Bianca Manalang, daughter of owner Jasmine Tan, tells SPOT.ph.
The two-storey house features Balinese-style exteriors and a mix of Chinese details in its interiors. Its white walls, cogon-thatched roof, and inviting hammocks are making us want to skip the chilly, rainy season and fly to the island paradise ASAP.
Each room, which can be rented for a maximum of three people (ranging from P4,000 to P5,000), has its own private lounge where guests can relax and feel the island vibe. Big groups with 10 to 12 guests can rent the whole house for P18,000 per night.
