Lifestyle channel TLC once again presents their TLC Festival happening on November 16, at 11 a.m. in Bonifacio Global City.
The one-day event will let you jam to old hits and new songs that have become your current anthem as Rico Blanco and the band IV of Spades are set to rock the stage. The outdoor festival, now on its fourth year, will also have food stalls and pop-up art shops.
