(SPOT.ph) The House of Representatives passed Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 on June 4 by a vote of 173-31. The approved version was Senate Bill No. 1083, which passed the Upper House on February 26 with a vote of 19-2. The controversial bill is now in the hands of President Rodrigo Duterte, who earlier certified it as urgent. With these developments, some lawmakers and lawyers are set to discuss the bill online and stream it through various online channels on June 4 at 2 p.m.
