(SPOT.ph) Who doesn't love the weekends? The two days give us some time to recuperate from all the work-related stress on weekdays, clear our minds from all the negative news, and meet up with family and friends (while wearing your face masks and keep a safe distance, of course). Before you spend another weekend catching up on household chores, treat yourself to a breather.

Sitio Bayanan, Ilijan, Batangas City

Selfie and OOTD addicts will have a great time at Vista de Puente Beach Resort because of the infinity pools' boardwalk—it looks like it stretches all the way to the sea. It's the perfect spot to strike a pose especially during golden hour. You have the option to stay only for a day and pay the P170 entrance fee, or spend the night and book a room for as low as P3,000.

The resort has two ocean-view rooms, two garden-view rooms, and the newest Artist's Loft. The second-floor studio space is not only an accommodation for two to four people, but also serves as a display studio for the owner's tropical-themed art.

Opened in 1999, Planet Dive is one of the more popular diving establishments in Mabini.
