(SPOT.ph) Pet owners are well aware of the guilt when leaving your favorite cat or dog behind during a vacation. Victory Liner initially announced in February 2020 that cats and dogs are already allowed aboard their commuter buses. This came after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board clarified their rules about bringing pets aboard public utility vehicles.

Pet owners are required to put their four-legged friends (small- to medium-sized only) inside a carrier or cage, and they must wear animal diapers at all times. The carrier or cage can be placed in front of the seat beside the passenger, which means you'll need to pay for that extra ticket.
