Singapore Now Allows Swab-Free Travel for Fully Vaccinated Tourists

(SPOT.ph) Because of its visa-free policy for Philippine passport-holders, Singapore is often top of mind for international trips among Filipinos. Plus, its outlet malls and shopping strips are hard to resist among shopaholics. After reopening to fully vaccinated travelers on April 1, Singapore is also removing the pre-departure COVID-19 test requirement starting April 26 to make traveling more convenient. This also applies to non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and below.

Here's the list of Singapore travel requirements (effective April 26):

• Proof of vaccination (VaxCertPH issued by the Department of Health)
• Roundtrip tickets
• Registration through TraceTogether mobile app
• SG Arrival Card and e-health declaration (Accomplished three days before departure through Immigration and Checkpoints Authority website)

Non-fully vaccinated short-term visitors are still not allowed entry into Singapore.
