(SPOT.ph) Some hotels are perfect for leisure travelers, some are ideal for those checking in for business. Ramada Encore by Wyndham Makati is one of those that are fit for both. Opened only in 2018, the hotel’s modern rooms, amenities, and convenient location make it an excellent choice for those staying either for fun or for work. It is one of the 12 properties of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in the Philippines.

Here's what you need to know about this Makati hotel:

The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the Makati Central Business District, and a quick drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila Bay, Rockwell Center, and the scenic Roxas Boulevard. It's just a few minutes away from major shopping malls, a bevy of dining choices, entertainment options, and other commercial and financial establishments. It is also near museums, parks, and the weekend markets at Salcedo and Legazpi villages.

What to Do

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Makati has three room options: Superior King with one king-sized bed; Deluxe Queen with two queen-sized beds; and Standard Twin with two single beds. Rates start at P3,300, which is already inclusive of a breakfast buffet. If you wish to go out for a coffee run somewhere else, you can just avail the room for P2,800.

In addition to their standard rooms, they also have Executive Rooms with high ceilings and chandeliers for special occasions for an additional charge.

All non-smoking guest rooms are appointed with a flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee maker, work area, and ironing amenities. 

The hotel has 477 square meters of event space that can accommodate up to 320 conference or banquet guests. They also have two conference rooms, a fitness center, and a sauna that's open for 24 hours. 

Where to Eat

Flavours, their in-house restaurant, serves Western and Chinese dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

One of the highlights of the hotel is its Skydeck Garden. This rooftop resto-bar lets guests enjoy their meal and drinks amid breathtaking views of the Makati skyline. Must-try is their samgyupsal set, priced at P1,200 for two, P1,600 for four, and P2,500 for six. 

They also offer a la carte meals from salads to desserts. House specialties include Pork Baby Back Ribs, Classic Bulalo, and U.S. Rib Eye Steak.

The Skydeck Garden is open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. But guests are allowed to come as early as 4 p.m to witness the sunset. 

How Ramada Encore by Wyndham Makati Transitions to the New Normal

Zoleta assures guests that as they transition to the new normal, they have beefed up their safety and health protocols.
