Instituto Cervantes continues its Great Books on the Screen film series with La Lengua de la Mariposas (Butterfly's Tongue) on June 13, 2 p.m. Set in Spain 1936, the film explores the extraordinary relationship between a shy young boy and his incredibly compassionate teacher who teaches him to find his way in a world that is increasingly frightening. Admission is free on a first-come-first-served basis.

Get your tickets reserved for the Teatrino Film Series happening on June 13 at Promenade, Greenhills. This week's line-up includes Transit, Ang Turkey Man ay Pabo Rin, and Sana Dati. Transit tells the story of Moises and Janet, two single Filipino parents who hide their children from the Israeli government after they hear about a plan to deport all the children of foreign workers. Ang Turkey Man ay Pabo Rin explores the relationship between a Filipina and an American who meet online, while Sana Dati is a love story about a woman whose wedding is thrown into disarray when a mysterious guy arrives and reminds her of the man she really loves.
