If you're looking for a buffet that goes beyond the usual raw fish, mollusks, and whatnot, five-star hotel Solaire Resort has a lunch and dinner buffet at their restaurant which includes unlimited lobsters.

Solaire Resort's restaurant called Fresh is the dining establishment inside the hotel where guests can go to try their buffet, which is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is known for signature dishes such as sisig, beef bulalo, cheezy pizza, and roast beef. But what people love the restaurant for is the unlimited lobster, which you can request the chef to be cooked to your liking.
You can have the lobster cooked plain, without all the pizzaz, theatrics, and drama. You can also go in the opposite direction and have the lobster cooked as lobster thermidor. This dish uses lobster meat and drowns it in a buttery wine sauce, and from there it's then topped with cheese crust. Finally, it's cooked in the oven to melt and brown the cheese to form a crust.

Fresh's lobster buffet is available from Monday to Friday during dinner time, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. This is priced at P2,999+ per head, and it already includes the regular buffet and free-flowing drinks.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, Fresh has unlimited lobsters in their buffets for both lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Both are priced at P2,999+ per head and it also includes unlimited drinks.
