LOOK: Chef Tatung Is Opening a Stunning New Resto in QC

(SPOT.ph) Chef Myke "Tatung" Sarthou is a force to be reckoned with in the food scene. He's hosted shows, has penned cookbooks, and owns restaurants (Lore, Pandan Asian Café, and even private dining spot Tatung’s in Antipolo). Another establishment will be added to his already-impressive roster very soon as he's announced the opening of Azadore in Quezon City!

Take a look at the newest Chef Tatung Restaurant:

Sarthou shared photos of the soon-to-open spot on his Instagram page on March 20. Azadore—which takes its name from the words asador (from asado, the Spanish word for grilling) and adore—is meant to "celebrate fire and the love of food," says the veritable chef. "Romancing the grill," goes the tagline of the restaurant, which will be Sarthou's second concept with the team of Pandan Asian Cafe.

This being a Chef Tatung-helmed establishment, great food is pretty much a given—but it looks like they'll also be serving food for thought and a feast for the eyes as the place itself is a "mid-century post American-era family home that they've "transformed... into a beautiful dining destination for the family" with the help of interior designer Ivy Almario.

The restaurant is located on the corner of Scout Fernandez and Scout Torillo in Tomas Morato, and is slated to open "next week"—we know you can't wait either! In the meantime, we say go give their Facebook and Instagram pages a follow.
