My Country House Tagaytay is a new al-fresco garden restaurant tucked away in the same street as another Tagaytay-favorite spot, My Farmer's Table Tagaytay. It's open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., which makes it a great stopover for any time of the day during your road trip down south.

My Country House Tagaytay features family-style “heritage classic” cuisine. This sounds vague, but a quick menu scan shows that they are serving large portions of dishes created with fundamental French cooking techniques and local farm fresh ingredients. They've got international fare like the Duck Confit Cassoulet (P895), Saffron Lobster Pappardelle (P795), and Seared Foie Gras Canapes (P575)—but if it's Filipino flavors you're looking for, you'll be glad to know they also serve local fare like Lengua Estofado (P795) and Country Chicken Relleno (P995). Aside from entrees and heavy eats like these, there are also freshly baked treats like croissants and multigrain loaves of bread. 

Those looking for tipples and brews can also get their choice of beverages here. My Country House Tagaytay also has in-house bartenders and baristas who can whip up a range of refreshing drinks and cocktails.
