There's not much we can do when we've got an intense craving and most of our go-to restaurants are closed when we need our midnight snack. But hey, don't despair. There are a few places open in the wee hours, and because, just like you, we at SPOT.ph are members of the late-night eating club. We'd like to share some of our favorite spots to hit up when we get hungry in the midst of a BGC night out.

Got a sudden dinakdakan craving at 3 a.m. post-drinks? Head over to Recovery Food and get your fill. Looking for early morning breakfast eats? They also have an array of all-day breakfast options for those whose bodies just crave silogs and other Filipino morning eats at all hours.

Pizzulu

What to order: Craving a good ol' carbo-loaded pizza but looking for the real deal, brick oven, and Italian-style? Head over to Pizzulu along Forbestown Road and get a slice or two or maybe an entire pie of their brick-oven-fired pizzas. Feeling down for fresh, simple flavors? JT's Manukan Grille

What to order: Do you have the urge to gorge on a smokey, umami-rich, flavor-packed rice meal? Head over to JT's Manukan Grille for a helping of your favorite marinated chicken dish, the inasal, and other savory Illonggo eats like kansi and batchoy.

The Bowery

Operating Hours: Open on Sundays to Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and on Fridays to Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
What to order: The Bowery is a hip and happening place that comes alive at night. With tons of libations and music to fill you up, still, remember to leave space for their many comforting and familiar American eats like the Shrimp and Truffle Mac and Cheese (P890), which is their take on the American favorite, or take a bite of their Signature House Burgers (starts at P490) which you can customize by adding sides and extra toppings on for a minimal price. There are also options for heavier entrees and all-day breakfast dishes should you be looking for more filling options than pasta and sandwiches.

Frankie's New York Buffalo Wings

What to order: If there is a brand that has become synonymous with chicken wings, that's Frankie's. They have a wide selection of flavored chicken wings ranging from tongue-meltingly spicy to milder, more umami-rich ones. But aside from having a variety of sauces, Frankie's also pairs their wings with flavorful dips like bleu cheese, ranch, and many others that enhance the already addictive taste of the chicken. If you ask us, our personal Frankie's order is always the Mild Frankie's Classic Buffalo with Bleu Cheese dip, but if you don't like any heat at all, go for the Garlic Parmesan wings.

Denny's
