(SPOT.ph) Barring allergies, there's room for everything in moderation in your diet, but you've gotta admit certain foods tend to leave you feeling like tired, fatigued slop. On the flipside, certain other foods can leave you feeling more energized—i.e., more ready to take on the 2173612312463+ entries on this week's to-do list. And they don't have to entail running short on flavor—how does a colorful bowl of sustainable yellow-fin tuna with quinoa and veg sound, or a plate of chicken breast flavored a la inasal and paired with nutty adlai? That's precisely what you can find at The Westin Manila, as the Ortigas hotel's recently launched a line of nourishing eats dubbed their Eat Well menu!

Check out the healthy dishes on The Westin Manila's Eat Well menu:
The Eat Well Menu is a line of sweet and savory dishes concocted using better-for-you ingredients—and you have the option between half and full portion sizes depending on your hunger levels and needs. These are available for ala-carte orders at the hotel's in-house dining spot, Seasonal Tastes, as well as their Lobby Lounge.
A good number of these take inspiration from Filipino flavors—including the Chicken Inasal and Adlai (P450/half, P730/full), a plate of annatto- and lemongrass-marinated chicken breast that's grilled and served with adlai (Job's tears), garlic aioli, and malunggay chimichurri; the Farmers Garden Salad (P380/half, P590/full) with a rainbow of veg, Davao goat cheese, and a honey-lime vinaigrette; and the Mushroom & Tofu Sisig that's served over fluffy steamed rice.
Elsewhere you'll find global flavor profiles being represented, too. Expect fun crossovers: the Organic Pumpkin Hummus (P360/half, P530/full) gives the Middle-Eastern dip a sweeter, earther spin with the gourd plus a pumpkin-seed crumble, pickled pumpkin, and homemade lavosh as a dipper. In the Everything Vegan Lox (P350/half, P510/full), The Westin plays highlights plants and plays around with how they can resemble the classic New York bagel: topping the bagel here are "salmon" out of smoked carrots, soybean curd as the "cheese," cucumber, and red onions.
Don't miss the Tuna Quinoa Poke Bowl (P480/half, P770/full); its combo of sustainable yellow fin tuna, quinoa, mango, cucumber, pickled onion, avocado creme, and a sesame-soy emulsion will have your taste buds grooving away. Need more seafood? Try the Pan-Roasted Sustainable Harvest Salmon that's brought to life with sides of a purple potato mousseline, grilled broccoli, and a cilantro-yogurt sauce. And for dessert, go for the Plant-Based Carrot Cake (P450)—an eggless version of the classic cleverly shaped like the veggie itself, then paired with a coconut-lime frosting and cocoa soil crumble.
