This Pancake House Branch Now Serves Yardstick Coffee

(SPOT.ph) There's nothing more anticlimactic than starting the day with your favorite breakfast meal and ending it with an average to subpar coffee. Luckily, if you're grabbing breakfast at Pancake House as you're headed to the South of the Metro, you can have a great meal with an equally-great cup of joe This is now possible because a Pancake House in Makati City now serves coffee from Yardstick Coffee.

The sole Pancake House branch that serves Yardstick Coffee is the branch at Paseo de Magallanes in Makati City. The collaboration between the restaurant and coffee shop has a special menu of six brews that use medium roast Arabica blend—half of which comes from Brazil, and the other half is locally sourced from Atok, Benguet.
The Pancake House x Yardstick Coffee menu includes Americano (P119/hot, P139/iced) which uses freshly-pulled espresso and hot water; Latte (P119/hot, P139/iced) which combines espresso and steamed milk; Cappuccino (P119/hot, P139/iced)—essentially is a latte but frothier; Spanish Latte (P139/hot, P159/iced) which combines the espresso with sweetened milk; Mocha (P149/hot, P169/iced), a concoction of espresso, milk, and chocolate syrup; Double Espresso (P119/hot), which has two shots of espresso and nothing else; and the perfect-for-toddlers (slash non-caffeine drinkers!) Babyccino (P59/hot) made with steamed milk sprinkled with chocolate powder.
Oh, and if you're the type of coffee drinker who switches dairy milk for a nondairy substitute, you can definitely upgrade your coffee with oat milk. This add-on costs an additional P39 at Pancake House.
The Pancake House in Paseo de Magallanes, Makati City is the second Max's Group restaurant to partner with Yardstick Coffee. The first collaboration was between Max's Restaurant at Forbestown and Yardstick Coffee.
