Spice and Sea Are the Stars of These Limited-Time Ramen Nagi x Inosho Bowls
One of Japan's best-known ramen spots, at a Ramen Nagi branch in Makati this weekend!
(SPOT.ph) Can you believe Ramen Nagi has been around for a decade now? Yep, they're celebrating their 10th anniversary this year with a bang: different Limited King Ramens every month until 2023 ends. They kicked things off with towering Jiro-style bowls in September, followed by cricket-infused ones in October, and now, they've brought in Chef Nakamura of Inosho for a spicy seafood feast.

How to get Ramen Nagi Inosho bowls
Inosho is a ramen group with outposts around Tokyo covering different ramen styles. One of the things they're known for? Their Spicy Hot Ramen Bowls, 150 of which will be available at the Greenbelt 3 branch on November 10. These bowls are made special with Inosho's signature seafood broth and red, red spices. Don't worry, you can choose from four different spice levels for the anniversary bowls. Think a rich and deep seafood broth given extra heat by spices, with all the classic ramen components: chashu, mushrooms, and veg. Definitely soul food.
If you don't catch them on November 10, you've still got a chance to try the Inosho Tsukemen on Saturday, November 11. There'll be 150 dipping bowls at the same branch; best get there early. You'll get a bowl of Tsuke Sauce (Inosho's Super Soup) and a hefty serving of thick noodles on the side. This way, you can control how much of the rich broth you get with each mouthful of chewy, springy noodles.
You can get a bowl of these limited-servings King Ramen from November 16 to 30 for the Spicy Hot Fish Ramen and from December 1 to 15 for the Tsukemen.
