After 7 Years: Kapitolyo's Indian Gem Naan Announces Its Closure
You have just a couple of days left to have your last meal in their premises.
(SPOT.ph) Just when we're this close to ending 2024, we're met with another reason to mourn: Naan - Indian Street Kitchen announced its last day of service to be on December 23 of this year. After a seven-year run serving their bestselling hummus, curries, samosas, and naans, the Kapitolyo gem is closing for good.

This is what we know about the closure of Naan - Indian Street Kitchen:
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce Naan Indian Street Kitchen's last day of service on December 23, 2023," the Indian restaurant writes in a Facebook post published on December 20th. The announcement came days before the scheduled closure, which means—as of writing, fans of the Indian restaurant have just two days left to have their last meal(s) before parting ways.
Naan - Indian Street Kitchen has been in Kapitolyo since around 2016. And after a good run lasting seven years—which included surviving the worst years of the global pandemic—the restaurant expressed its gratitude for the support they've received. The post captioned, "We are forever grateful for all the wonderful #NaMustTaste dining experiences that we have shared for the past seven years. Thank you for supporting Naan until the end. See you around!"
And for the sake of those in the denial stage, thinking that maybe, just maybe what they meant was that December 23 is their last day this year and that they'll resume operations come 2024... well, SPOT.ph reached out to the Indian restaurant through Facebook, and we can unfortunately confirm that December 23 is indeed the last-last day, final-operating-day-na-talaga.jpeg.
If you want to catch the last few operating days and show your support, you'll want to hit up the small dining spot in Pasig while you can. Operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
