Guide to The World Chocolate Fair 2024

(SPOT.ph) A chocoholic entering The World Chocolate Fair can very well be the equivalent of Willy Wonka entering a chocolate factory—exciting, magical, and a soon-to-be-core memory. If you've been to previous World Chocolate Fairs, this year's lineup is just as eventful as the last, if not more. Get ready for the inevitable chocolate high as the fifth World Chocolate Fair is taking place next week!

What to know about The World Chocolate Fair 2024:

The World Chocolate Fair, a partnership between Auro Chocolate and S Maison, is on its fifth run since it debuted in 2019. It's open to the public from July 3 to 7, Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The best part is that there's no entrance fee required for chocoholics to discover chocolates in different forms.

This year's World Chocolate Fair has a Wooden Dragon's Lair where you can discover all kinds of chocolates, limited-edition pastries, confectionaries, and drinks crafted with Auro's award-winning cacao.

A guide to the different chocolate treats to try during The World Chocolate Fair 2024:

• Bubu Bars: The dairy-free ice cream brand will present six flavors coated in Auro chocolate. You can get your hands on You Little Monkey which has caramelized roasted bananas as the ice cream base; Fancy Pants which uses roasted strawberries; Nuts For You which has a vegan ice cream with hints of bourbon, vanilla, and caramel; Golden Goodness that uses roasted Piedmont hazelnuts; Dark Chocolate Cacao Crunch which uses four types of Auro Chocolate; and lastly, Basic Bu which is a Auro chocolate-coated vanilla vegan ice cream.
• But First, Coffee: The local coffee franchise has an Auro Chocolate series for those who like their cup of joe with a touch of chocolate-goodness from using Auro Cacao Powder. This series includes the Iced Auro Choco Espresso, Auro Iced Choco Butterscotch, Auro Iced Choco Strawberry, and for something simple, there's the Auro Hot Chocolate.

• Ciento Cookies: There will be five cookies available at Ciento Cookie's booth during the World Chocolate Fair. There's the Auro Chocolate Chip Ciento, Auro Red Velvet Cream Cheese, and Auro Midnight Cheesecake which are all 100-gram dense cookies. The other options are Auro Brown Butter Triple Chocolate Cienthins and Auro Brown Butter Campfire Smores.
• Daniel Baker: There are three chocolatey items you can expect from this "affordable luxury snack creator," namely the Auro Chocolate Crisps, Auro Fudge Brownies, and Mini Auro Cookies.
• Doughmain: In the doughnut department, Doughmain will bring three sweet doughnuts for the chocolate fans. There are the Auro Chocolate-Filled Doughnuts, S'mores Doughnuts, and the breakfast-inspired Auro Champorado Doughnuts.
• Half Saints: There will be limited-edition Auro Chocolate Truffles in eight flavors that highlight the following: Almond, Pistachio, Matcha, Mango, Coconut, Banana, and Ube. Then there's a Basque Burn Chocolate Cheesecake that uses a mix of dark chocolate and mascarpone.

• Mindful Indulgence: Mindful Indulgence will prepare four flavors of their Truffle Salt Peanut Butter Cups, specifically in milk chocolate, dark, white, and matcha. There will also be the dessert shop's Faux Trix in three flavors: dark, white, and matcha during the fair.

Aside from these concessionaires, Conrad Manila and Kultura Filipino will be present during The World Chocolate Fair to showcase an assortment of chocolate treats. And speaking of chocolate treats, if you want to bring these sweets home, the fair has a contest wherein you can win 10 prizes.

The mechanics state that you can enter the contest by posting an Instagram Reel or photo in your dragon-inspired outfit along with your chosen chocolate treat at the fair—with the proper hashtags and tagging the brands in your post.
