There's Sulu Coffee (P490), a deep and robust scoop that pays ode to Tausug coffee culture, made with Kahawa Sug (coffee of Sulu)—a single-origin coffee varietal often taken with Tausug pastries or dishes. Burnt Coconut (P490) takes after syunug lahing—essentially burnt coconut meat, typically used to make tiyula itum and pamapa—resulting in a nutty scoop that brings to mind a less-sweet latik. Last but not the least is Knicker (P500), studded with cubes of fruit taking after the Zamboangueño ice dessert known as knickerbocker.
