Greenwich: Creamy Spinach Lasagna
Greenwich has always been known for its Lasagna Supreme—it's cheesy, meaty, convenient for quick fixes, and relatively budget-friendly. For the Lenten season, the pizza and pasta chain has launched a meat-free version with the Creamy Spinach Lasagna Supreme. This has all the creamy and cheesy layers of a Lasagna Supreme but switches the meat with spinach and mushroom—it's a perfect meatless option if you're abstaining, or just a fan of the cheese-spinach combination in pizzas and baked pastries.

Ramen Nagi: Salmon Ikura Mazesoba
Sure, you like ramen for the hot, comforting broth—but now that Lenten season has started and the heat index is alarmingly rising, a steaming bowl of meatless ramen might not be your first choice. Here comes Ramen Nagi's special ramen bowl: Salmon Ikura Mazesoba.
Mazesoba is a type of Japanese ramen that ditches the broth and lets its toppings shine. In the case of the Salmon Ikura Mazesoba, this has a vegan sesame paste, signature fire sauce, diced red onion, perilla, ikura, ebiko, and the star of the dish: slices of buttery salmon. Served with a lemon wedge and wasabi on the side.

Goldilocks: Sinigang na Salmon Belly sa Miso
Sinigang is one of those dishes that you can eat even if the weather is scorching hot. If you find yourself craving its comforting sour broth during Lent, Goldilocks has a new Sinigang sa Salmon Belly sa Miso on the menu. This dish is a tamarind soup-based dish with a glistening salmon belly with a savory miso-infused broth. This is served with mustard greens, radishes, and tomatoes, and, of course, pairs perfectly with rice.

8Cuts: Shrimp 'Wich
Available starting March 14, 8Cuts' new Shrimp 'Wich is the burger joint's meatless option in the sea of beefy patties. This new sandwich features a juicy shrimp patty served alongside pickled jalapeño and jalapeño ranch sauce, all stuffed between soft, golden buns.
Price + How to order: 8Cuts' Shrimp 'Wich costs P345/solo and P458/set meal with Oh-Rings or Skinny Fries and iced tea. This is available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery starting March 14, and this will be available for a limited time only.

7-Eleven: Ginger Soy Steamed Fish and Spanish Sardines
7-Eleven has always had something new during the start of Lent for the past years, and this year is no exception. The convenience store chain has launched two new dishes: Under the Big Time Meals selection is the Ginger Soy Steamed Fish which has steamed cream dory fillet marinated in a ginger-infused soy sauce and served with rice, there's also the Spanish Sardines, this is a Rice Meal Express dish of Spanish-style sardines served with garlic rice and omelet.
Price + How to order: 7-Eleven's Ginger Soy Steamed Fish costs P129 and the Spanish Sardines costs P85. These are available at select 7-Eleven stores in Luzon.

Tim Ho Wan: Congee with Steamed Fish Fillet
Tim Ho Wan has several dishes on the menu you can eat when you're looking for meat-free options—from options like the Steamed Fish Fillet Tofu with Soy Sauce (P180), Fishball Noodles Soup (P228), Fried Tofu (P145), Poached Fresh Seasonal Vegetable (P198), Poached Fresh Greens with Oyster Sauce (P198), and Vermicelli Roll with Sweet and Sesame Sauce (P155). This year, the Taiwanese restaurant's Lent-friendly newbie is the Congee with Steamed Fish Fillet, a rice porridge topped with steamed fish, ginger, and green onions.

Uncle John’s has always had Lenten-friendly options, but this year, they’re rolling out not one, not two, but four new meat-free eats. First up: the Fish Bistek Toppers for a heavier meal featuring a switched-for-fish version of the well-loved bistek; Cream Cheese Onion Kariman, a crispy fried sandwich packed with a sweet and pungent creamy filling; Cheesy Tuna Empanada delivers that golden, flaky tuna and cheese inside; Tuna Veggie Siopao wraps up a flavorful, tuna-filled steamed dim sum.

Yellow Cab Pizza Co.: Cheesy Mushroom & Anchovy Half Moon Pizza and Shrimp Aglio Olio, and more
Yellow Cab Pizza Co. hits two birds with one stone with their new summertime dishes—not only is serving ocean-to-plate dishes appropriate for the summer theme, but these dishes also make for Lent-friendly dining. There are two Half Moon Pizzas, the Cheesy Seafood that is topped with melted cheese, white onions, shrimp, shredded kani sticks, and nori flakes, and the Cheesy Mushroom & Anchovy which also has melted cheese and white onions but different with button mushrooms and mushrooms.
There are also two pasta dishes, the Shrimp Aglio Olio: Spaghetti tossed in garlic-infused olive oil, basil, shrimp, and sun-dried tomatoes, and the Spanish Sardines Penne: Penne tossed in garlic-infused oil, sliced tomatoes, basil, and Spanish sardines.
Price + How to order: Yellow Cab Pizza Co's new dishes cost the following: The Cheesy Seafood and Cheesy Mushroom & Anchovy Half Moon Pizzas have a starting price of P169, while the Shrimp Aglio Olio and Spanish Sardines Penne pasta dishes have a starting price of P329.
