(SPOT.ph) Fried-chicken fans rejoiced when it was announced that Popeyes was coming back to the Philippines. If you're one of them, here's even more good news: The fried-chicken chain from New Orleans has been spotted to open soon at Alabang Town Center.

We're already craving their fried chicken!
Popeyes, which closed its stores in the Philippines in 2007, has been greatly missed for their spicier, flavorful batter based on the Southern-style fried chicken. We can't get enough of their flaky, buttery biscuits, either! According to Entreprenuer Philippines, the Kuya J Group of Restaurants will be bringing the fried-chicken chain to Manila.
Popeyes will open at G/F Cluster 3, Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City.
Update as of February 1 (11:12 a.m.): Popeyes is also opening soon at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.Â
