This Low-Key Mall in San Juan Is Now Home to a Cookie Haven

Less crowds, more cookies!

( For those who are tired of the usual weekend crowd at the Metro's popular malls, Santolan Town Plaza could be your best bet. The not-so-hidden mall is at a quiet part of San Juan City, so you can chill, shop around, and watch a movie without the usual bustle of other malls. Plus, cookie fiends are in for a treat because Scout's Honor is opening an outpost in the mall tomorrow, April 4—their biggest one yet!

With 90 seats available, Scout's Honor at Santolan Town Plaza is their biggest branch yet.

With bacon cooked in a sweet-salty tocino-style marinade, the Bacon Tocilog (P235) is a crowd favorite.

Once a cookie stall at Century City Mall's Hole in the Wall, Scout's Honor has since expanded into a standalone restaurant that offered not just Girl's Scout-inspired cookies, but also savory dishes like Meatballs in Gravy (P255) with Mashed Potato (add P20) and Bacon Tocilog (P235). Drop by in April because they have a special breakfast promo for the entire month: Order any of their all-day breakfast meals and rice meals until 10:30 a.m. and get free unlimited rice and brewed coffee.
