(SPOT.ph) Even before Popeyes opened their first branch at Arcovia City in Pasig in May, board-ups of the fried-chicken chain's branches started popping up all over the Metro. One of the first ones we spotted was at Alabang Town Center, and here's some good news for you South folks: Popeyes opens on July 19.
Popeyes has a lot of fried-chicken combos, but the biscuits continue to be the crowd favorite.
