We "Lava" These Bibingka Pancakes From Peach Boy

(SPOT.ph) Bibingka is back in a big way, and how could it not be? There are few traditions we’re willing to hang on to, but this Christmas delicacy is certainly one of them. Peach Boy totally gets us, which is the only explanation for the stack of Bibingka Lava Pancakes (P195) they’re busting out for the holidays.

When we say stack, we mean stack—there are five thick pancake layers topped with shredded coconut, with a rich salted egg sauce poured over. Good luck putting it up on Instagram before taking a bite!
