You Can Score Ramen Nagi's Kimchi-Topped Ramen for a Limited Time Only

Perfect for the cold weather.

( It’s no secret that Ramen Nagi loves to experiment with flavors and ingredients, but how it never occurred to us to put kimchi in our ramen, we’ll never know. Enter the return of the Korean King (P495): Made with a spicy beef broth, fresh noodles, slices of tender beef, and kimchi (of course), this East-meets-East bowl delivers a real savory kick. The only downside is it’ll leave you after Valentine’s—it’s a Limited King, so it’s only around until February 15.

It’s strange how it’s the stuff from neighboring cultures that don’t seem like they’re going to work, but Ramen Nagi’s known for their one-of-a-kind ramen variants in the past. Recently, they came out with ramen topped with soft-shell crab. Their tinola ramen wasn’t all that long ago, too. There was also the Truffle King, a crowd favorite that makes a repeat appearance every now and again.


Whatever you want to call it—cuddle weather, sweater weather, cuffing season—it’s the perfect time to chow down on something hot and maybe a little bit spicy. (And it's okay if you eat it on your own, just so you know.)
