(SPOT.ph) Zubuchon and Sarsa Kitchen+Bar are two Filipino restaurants that differ greatly in how they render the cuisine, the former staying true to tradition and latter being more on the modern, playful end of the spectrum. But the two have recently decided to join forces, and the result is Zubuchon x Sarsa: A special menu featuring bestsellers from Zubuchon and new dishes from Sarsa. These specials will only be available at Zubuchon’s BGC Stopover branch until March 10.
Just some of the must-tries from Sarsa’s end are the Palabok with Crispy Shrimp (P270); Kare-Kare with Crispy Tripe (P430), whose sauce is thickened with smoked and puréed tendon; and 3-Way Sisig (P320), which uses pork cooked three ways for a mix of textures—grilled ears, smoked cheeks, and fried cheeks. From Zubuchon’s end, you can’t miss out on their signature Lechon (P980); Baked Scallops (P270); and Dessert Sampler Platter (P270) with biko, leche flan, and budbud kabug.
Zubuchon is at G/F BGC Stopover Pavilion, Rizal Drive corner 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, check out Zubuchon’s Facebook page or Sarsa Kitchen+Bar’s Facebook page.
