Yup, You Can Get Tiger Sugar's Brown Sugar Milk in Ice Cream Form

(SPOT.ph) We saw the rapid rise in popularity of brown sugar milk drinks in 2019, and for 2020, Tiger Sugar’s shaking things up by offering their signature drink in ice cream form. Called the Brown Sugar Boba Ice Cream, it’s got the roasty-sweet flavors of their brown sugar milk and boba pearls for added texture. A stick goes for an introductory price of P80.

Tiger Sugar hails from Taichung in Taiwan and is notorious for commanding long lines from their many regulars—which carried its way over when they opened their first Philippine branch in 2018. They’re named after the “stripes” of brown sugar that you’ll find on their signature drinks, which include the Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse (which placed fourth on our 2019 Top 10 Brown Sugar Milk Drinks in Manila list!). Notably, their drinks use fresh milk rather than the usual creamer employed in other milk-tea places.

Tiger Sugar has branches at Activity Pod X, Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City and Food Choices, 2/F Trinoma Mall, Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City. See a list of Tiger Sugar branches. For more information, check out Tiger Sugar Philippines' Facebook page.
