A UP Street-Food Vendor Is Selling Fishballs for Delivery

Squidballs and kikiam, too. Folks in Quezon City, you're in luck!

(SPOT.ph) If there’s anything we miss about the outside world, it’s the experience of going out to the streets and enjoying a few sticks of fishballs, squidballs, kikiam, and other classic Filipino street eats. If you’re social distancing at home and are looking to get your fix, you'll be happy to know that you can order your favorites from UP Diliman campus vendor Evelyn “Ate Ning” Pasamonte. According to a Facebook post by Imman Dcp, Pasamonte used to sell at kiosks near the parking space of the College of Arts and Letters, and she and her sister are now selling meryenda goods for delivery. Contact Cherry Immanuel through 0927-995-8001 or send a message on Facebook to order; they deliver around Quezon City.

On their lineup are fishballs (P100/65 pieces), squidballs (P100/20 pieces), chicken balls (P100/20 pieces), and kikiam (P100/35 pieces)—perfect for frying up and enjoying plain or adding to dishes like chopsuey. They also carry siomai (P100/12 pieces), which is great on its own or as an add-on to your favorite instant noodles. Just note that there’s a minimum order of P500.
