Dubbed the Mango Jubilee Cake in Can (P780/six inches), it’s a frozen dessert made with fresh mangoes, mango-jubilee sauce, chiffon, and cream for a perfect mix of fruity and creamy that you can enjoy semi-frozen or thawed.

Aside from the Mango Jubilee Cake, Cafe Ysabel also makes the Strawberry Shortcake in Can (P980/six inches), plus savory goods like the Chorizo de Bilbao (P618/500 grams), Pasta Ysabel Sauce for Pasta (P520), Lengua Sulipeña (P690), and more.
Cafe Ysabel is a dining institution that was established in the '80s, and is known for their romantic interiors and Western and Filipino fare. They closed their original San Juan outpost in 2017, but reopened in a new location in 2018 and are still well-loved to this day.
