(SPOT.ph) Philippine mangoes are some of the best in the world. They’re great on their own, but also wonderful used in other confections—and this new dessert by Cafe Ysabel highlights their sweet, lush flavor. Dubbed the Mango Jubilee Cake in Can (P780/six inches), it’s a frozen dessert made with fresh mangoes, mango-jubilee sauce, chiffon, and cream for a perfect mix of fruity and creamy that you can enjoy semi-frozen or thawed.

Get your fix through their online order form. You can then opt to pick it up personally at their San Juan outpost, or book a courier to get it delivered to your doorstep. Cafe Ysabel is a dining institution that was established in the '80s, and is known for their romantic interiors and Western and Filipino fare. They closed their original San Juan outpost in 2017, but reopened in a new location in 2018 and are still well-loved to this day.
