Ube Lovers, Don't Miss the Return of This Ube Cheesecake
It'll just be back for a limited time!
(SPOT.ph) The Japanese-style cheesecakes at Kumori are really something else, what with their creamy yet light body—and the bakery was really onto something when they came out with its limited-edition ube-flavored counterpart in 2017. There is, after all, something about how the nuttiness of the purple yam just melds wonderfully with the saltiness of the cheese. If you miss it—or were never able to try it—rejoice, because Kumori is bringing back the Ube Hanjuku Cheese (P300/six pieces) for a limited time!
You can get the Ube Hanjuku Cheese from their open branches, or order it for delivery at least two days in advance through Kumori’s website, which allows you to pay via GCash or BDO or Metrobank bank deposit. You can also find Kumori on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Lalafood for same-day deliveries.
Kumori’s got other treats you’ll want to add to your basket. If you love cheesecake, you can’t miss the original creamy Hanjuku Cheese (P300/six pieces) and Chocolate Hanjuku Cheese (P300/six pieces). You can also get their Signature Cheese Tarts (P330/six pieces), which boast a crisp crust and creamy, lava-like center. They’ve also got a great selection of Japanese-style breads, which include the Soft Milk Bun (P35), Melon Pan (P42), and Premium Cheese Loaf (P165).
