Cibo Is Putting Their Spinach Dip in Lasagna and We Can't Deal
(SPOT.ph) No meal at Cibo is complete without an order of their famous Spinaci Zola, a.k.a. Spinach Dip. Its rich, earthy-yet-pungent combo of spinach and gorgonzola never fails to get our appetites going, especially paired with the light and crisp crostini served alongside. But the Italian establishment is here to shake things up and prove that this bestselling appetizer goes well beyond being a dip. In celebration of their 23rd year, Cibo will be releasing the Spinach Dip Lasagna, which will be available starting August 8 for takeout and delivery. Mark your calendars!
The Spinach Dip Lasagna puts the famous dip in a more homey light with layers upon layers of pasta and Spinach Dip baked until they meld together. It's gooey, it's cheesy, and it's bound to be your new favorite. Pair it with one of Cibo's hearty pizzas, like the Rossa (P495) with tomato, basil, and mozzarella, or mains, like the La Bistecca (P1,885/500 grams, P5,139/1,500 grams) for a totally satisfying meal.
Cibo is a homegrown restaurant serving Italian fare that was established in 1997, with 2016 Asia's Best Female Chef Margarita Fores at the helm.
