It's Crunch Time: Ooma Now Has Sushi Bake With Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura

The hot take on the usually cold Japanese staple is ridiculously versatile—and Ooma has finally joined the bandwagon and come up with their own version, Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura Aburi Bake (P898). This sushi bake has everything your soul needs—in terms of comfort (sea) food. It's made with soy-dashi sushi rice, ebi tempura, and soft shell crab tempura, plus bits of ebiko, pickled radish, tempura crumbs for extra crunch, and aonori. Topped off with their signature wasabi aioli, tempura sauce, and last but not least, aligue mayonnaise. And yup, it comes with nori sheets on the side to complete the sushi bake experience.
