Yay or Nay: Pizza With Smoked Bangus Exists

(SPOT.ph) People tend to have strong feelings about what does and doesn't belong on pizza—pineapple being a notoriously polarizing element—but that hasn't stopped pizza makers from experimenting anyway. One pizza in particular recently caught our attention, as it highlights the Filipino favorite ingredient that is smoked milkfish. That's right, Nicolette Bakery + Café in Iloilo makes Smoked Bangus Pizza—talk about intriguing!
The Smoked Bangus Pizza combines zucchini, cream cheese, ranch sauce, and with smoked bangus for a smoky, savory hit. Unusual as it may be, the idea brings to mind the better-known combo of smoked salmon and cream cheese—which is totally delish in our book! A 12-inch pie with eight slices of pizza goes for P570.
