(SPOT.ph) It's only Tuesday, we know—but if there's anything that gets us through a drab work week, it's dreaming of what we can do this weekend! Nothing screams "treat yo'self" quite like sitting back, relaxing, and feasting away on lots of fresh seafood—and if that sounds like your kind of escapade, we've got a suggestion: Go for Dr. Wine's Seafood Brunch, which runs from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays!

While Dr. Wine has been doing the Seafood Brunch for some time now, they recently changed up the menu—so you've got reasons to come back, or to try it out this weekend if you haven't! These platters all feature ultra-fresh seafood—some local, some imported—as prepared by Dr. Wine's new Executive Chef Alain Raye, famously of esteemed restaurants that include La Régalade and La Belle Epoque, and who is said to have earned Michelin stars over the course of his career.

You can choose which set to go for depending on how many people are dining: the Couple set (P2,899) is good for two, The Queen's Platter (P4,899) is good for four, and The Dr. King's Platter (P8,599), is good for six. All of these sets have crabs, mussels, clams, shrimps, bulots (French snails), bigorneaux (tiny sea snails), salmon rillettes, Fine de Claire oysters, and razor clams—plus artisanal bread, salted butter, and assorted sauces (cocktail sauce, red vinegar sauce, mayonnaise, and homemade butter) which you can mix and match as you prefer. The Dr. King's Platter also comes with lobster.

In case that's not enough seafood for you (no judgment; it's the weekend after all!), you can also opt to add on one of Dr. Wine's live Maine lobster dishes to the Seafood Brunch—namely the Lobster Roll (P750), 1/2 Lobster (P1,500), or Whole Lobster (P3,000). You can also order additional Fine de Claire No.3 Oysters from France (P770/three pieces, P1,400/six pieces, P2,700/dozen).

Looking for something different to try, even outside weekends? Dr. Wine also has new dishes coming up on their regular ala carte menu, which will be available starting March 18. One of the newcomers you can look forward to is the Fish Quenelle (P590), a traditional French dish of oval-shaped balls made of fish which Dr. Wine combines with prawns in a creamy Nantua sauce. Yup, we know where we're headed the next time the seafood cravings hit.
