(SPOT.ph) We see ya, carnivores. The primal desire to sink your teeth into a huge hunk of meat is strong—especially when you've been grinding day in and day out the whole week, and you know the upcoming work week's bound to be even busier. In case you haven't checked the calendar, you've made it to Friday—ergo, the weekend's just a few hours away. And if your idea of celebrating a job well done involves eating (er, meat-ing?) your heart out on an assortment of grilled and barbecued cuts of beef, pork, or chicken, you'll want to check out the Sunday BBQ Brunch happening at Solaire Resort's resident Western-food spot, Waterside.

Meat all you can at Solaire for Sunday brunch:
Your weekends are bound to get meatier at Waterside's Sunday BBQ Brunch, which—as the name implies—happens on Sundays, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For P3,299+ per person, you can feast away and order all you can from their selection of star appetizers, brunch classics, meaty mains, boozy sips, and more! Start (relatively) light with Corn Bread, Texas-Style Honey Wings, or a Wedge Salad, then go for no-fail brunch staples like the Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict, Cornbread Waffles, or Chorizo & Mushroom Fritata. In between bites, go for sodas, juices, coffee, beer, white or red wine, whiskey, or sip on classic and playful cocktails like the Margarita, Daiquiri, Don Papa Maitai, and Dark 'n Stormy.
What you'll really want to save room for is Waterside's Smoked Meat Platter that includes Whiskey-Cured USDA Short Ribs, Smoked USDA Briskey, Bourbon Baby Back Ribs, Barrel Smoked Pork Belly, Jerk Chicken, and Homemade Sausages complete with sides and sauces—talk about a total carnivore's treat! Other meaty numbers on their lineup include the Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Slow-Roast Beef Shin, Buttermilk Fried Chicken; also featured are seafood dishes like the Cajun Kingfish, Grilled Oysters and Grilled Pulpo, and Seafood Paella. Don't forget dessert; everything from the Classic American Apple Pie to the Chocolate Layered Moist Cake and more are available on their lineup.
