(SPOT.ph) Homegrown spot Angkan Coffee made their (caffeinated) splash in April, with the former % Arabica folks aiming to shine the spotlight on the best of Philippine coffee alongside great global counterparts, too. While their initial two branches were in BGC and The Podium, it seems they're expanding to share the local love over to Capitol Commons in Pasig—at least as indicated by a boardup we spotted in the area.

Is Angkan opening their third branch in Pasig?
Angkan looks to be opening a branch in Pasig soon as we spotted this tarpaulin at The Imperium at Capitol Commons, a residential tower next to Royalton Resorts and near Estancia Mall. Take a look:
As of writing, the coffee shop has yet to formally announce any opening date or whether the menu will be exactly the same as in their other branches. But our fingers are crossed that their Café Mocha (made with tablea sourced from Davao del Sur) and/or famous Spanish Latté make it to the new branch once it opens. For now, you'll want to give their Facebook and/or Instagram pages a follow.
