Yep, Pancake House's Bibingka Pancakes Are Back

Has anyone already played Christmas songs on repeat, put up the holiday decor—even if it's not yet past Halloween—or done both simultaneously in anticipation of the longest Christmas in the world? With less than three months to go before Christmas, the holiday spirit is getting stronger and stronger, and by that, we mean the scent of festive eats like Pancake House's Bibingka Pancakes which are making a comeback this year.

Pancake House's Bibingka Original Pancake has been on the menu many Christmases ago, and it's still the same old familiar favorite we can enjoy this bibingka season. Priced at P199, this pancake is topped with slices of queso de bola, salted egg, butter, muscovado sugar, and grated coconut. You might be thinking P199 is a bit pricey for bibingka pancakes, but hey, for that price, the portion is already good for sharing. 

But there's also something new, too! Pancake House launched a Maple Butter Pancake earlier this year, so this time, they've created a festive version of it with the new Bibingka Maple Butter Pancake (P199). These pancakes are crispy on the edges but still fluffy inside and served with a special maple butter syrup.

If you never eat bibingka, pancakes, or bibingka pancakes without coffee, you can add P99 and get a cup of House Blend Brewed Coffee. This drink is available for dine-in only.
